Ann Merli
Ann Merli is based out of Pennsylvania, and is our resident online Chair Yoga teacher! She hosts multiple virtual Chair Yoga classes weekly through her business website, CardinalWayWellness.com. Check out her new book which was just published!

Jamie is the owner of Sacred Nature and teaches everything from simpler, beginner friendly practices like Yoga 1, to Chair Yoga, All Levels, Flow practices, Meditation and Yoga Nidra. Jamie will continue to teach online classes which you can find HERE, and encourages you to sign up for email or text updates to learn about upcoming opportunities for in-person practices and trainings.
